Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via our online portal or email within your 100-night trial period to start the process.
Schedule a Pickup
We will arrange for a free collection of your mattress or sleep products through one of our specialized charity partners or logistics teams.
Prepare the Product
There is no need to squeeze the mattress back into its original box; simply have it ready for the couriers to collect at the scheduled time.
Receive Your Refund
Once the pickup is confirmed, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
